so called now a day many dosa are there like masroon dosa, badam dosa, kaju dosa, paper dosa, steam dosa...etc lolz, many many i can not tell all names here..
Coming to our todays topic, Pessara Attu (Mung bean Dosa) this is 2nd verity insted of uradal mixing of rice grinding, here we use moong dal.
This item is one of the verity in dosa, you can get it Andhrapradesh/Telangana only, It wont mean that other place not available. even in AndharaPradesh also it is available very rare places.
How to make pesarattu or moongbean dosa

How to make pesarattu or moongbean dosa
INGREDIENTS:
1. Mung bean (1-2cup try with 1cup first)
2.rice flower 2 tbsp for 1cup
3. Salt
4. Oil
To make dosa more delicious, Best Dosa pan, for toping dosa onion, chilli, careet, ginger, cumin...
Soak mung bean in water 8-10hr in big bowl (i would recomend before sleep start soaking, clean it one time and then start soak mong dal).
when you weakup drain water and clean the dal 2-3 times.
Blend the dall with the help of mixer grinder until it add water and blend to smooth batter.
Add rice floor as told above and mix it then add salt for tasting (for 1cup samll 1tbsp 2 , if big 1tbsp)
Mix all once again.
Cut the toping, small size as per your taste items given above.
Now your are to go on.
Heat the dosa pan on fire the put oil on pan 2tbsp and spred it equally.
pour a dosa batter on a hot griddle and spread it in a circular motion thin circle. (you need to try it 2-3 time until you succeed this and art).
Once it become light brown put you toping and spred all over equally.
Apply oil now on top like diziling fashion wait until it become dark brown on bottom.
Now you dosa is ready.!
