Why we need to eat with Hands and it`s Health Benefits ========================================== when you eat with your hand mind will know you are eating and it will give signal to stomach to digest food. please read below to know more clear  According to Ayurvedic texts each finger is an extension of one of the five elements. Thumb ==> Space. Forefinger ==> Air. Middle finger ==> Fire. Ring finger ==> Earth. Small finger ==> Water. According to since most of 2nd type diabetic people are not eating with thier hands.(am telling as per journal clinical nutrition found) if you not eat with your hand your digestion will be not good as eating those eating their hands. But my suggestion before eating hands. Make sure clean your hands and trim your nails.   some people clean their hands with soaps or liquids.
