Gongura (Andhara style)

Gongura Pickle(Andhara style) ================= in Andhra gongura have some history. in some places they call name as andhra matha.. Even we can prepare use gongura in diffrent ways, like gongura dal, gongura pickle, and also combinations with gongura like(mutton gongura and prawn gongura), but our today topic is pickle that to andhara style. In AdharaPradesh gongura pickle very famous from old day, it contains iron healthy as well. There are different way we can prepare, as per their preference of taste. In short funny way i will divide to 2 color, black and green and then next in black we can prepare many ways green color as well. the only different color we can use, when thy use green chilli it shows, if use dry chilli the pickle truns to dark color. will complete this post soon!

Pessara Attu (Mung bean Dosa): ======================= Dosa, one of the most famous breakfast item in india, especially south india, now a day we can many verity of dosas in markt, but known fact most dosas making from uradal mixing of rice grinding.. the wet floor truns into fried round paper on hot pan. it call as dosa.. most people on top filling other items and calls it as different dosa names... like general dosa is plain dosa. add other names as below. 1.Plain dosa 2.onion dosa, filling on top onion 3 egg dosa 4.Masala dosa so called now a day many dosa are there like masroon dosa, badam dosa, kaju dosa, paper dosa, steam dosa...etc lolz, many many i can not tell all names here.. Coming to our todays topic, Pessara Attu (Mung bean Dosa) this is 2nd verity insted of uradal mixing of rice grinding, here we use moong dal.   This item is one of the verity in dosa, you can get it Andhrapradesh/Telangana only, It wont mean that other place not available. even in AndharaPradesh ...
