Any chef or cook must learn some art. before become best cook.
in daily routine any cook will spend time with few dangerous things one is fire, knifes, hot oils

... etc.



  • Fire is one of the five elements. respect and pray before start playing with any element before start your work.
  • And also knifes . knifes are sharp and dangerous while you using those must know how to use and what type must use to cut different type of foods.
  • And next one is oil. be careful while oil is in hot condition. 
  • Always respect kitchen belongings when you want to became good chef.
  • First your self clean and look attractive and attentive.(it will create more impact on environment and some time customers)
  • If you want be best chef follow proper order for making any item, if you do follow step by step procedure like preparing requirements, cleaning stuff, cutting, start cooking by order follow step by step each item(reason some vegetable need less cook some need more so if you put all at a time less cook items taste and values will damage).

Breakfast item names in India: Hello viewer as a Indian in this post i would like to share some breakfast items in India, firstly as a south Indian will tell my breakfast items below are breakfast items in south India. 1. Idli.  idli with Chutney. Idli with Sambar. Idly with Powder. (Different powder(like curry leaf powder, chenna powder,..etc) with Ghee) 2. Pessara Attu (Mung bean Dosa): ======================= Dosa, one of the most famous breakfast item in india, especially south india, now a day we can many verity of dosas in markt, but known fact most dosas making from uradal mixing of rice grinding.. the wet floor truns into fried round paper on hot pan. it call as dosa.. most people on top filling other items and calls it as different dosa names... like general dosa is plain dosa. add other names as below. 1.Plain dosa 2.onion dosa, filling on top onion 3 egg dosa 4.Masala dosa so called now a day many dosa are there like masroon dosa, badam dosa, kaju dosa, paper dosa, steam dosa...etc lolz, many many i can not tell all names here..
